old-fashioned, unchangeable interface from like 90-x games.

Dear developers, please re create interface in PoE2. It looks like trash. Like game from 90x or early 2000x.
1. Why cant I move HUD with health, mana, spell bar etc. I want to change its position on my screen and have "scaling" ability
2. Why minimap and map look so old, make it please in modern style
3. Please make interface and HUD like in Diablo 4.
4. Fonts and borders look awful and old-styled
5. Please make opportunity to change joystick or mouse/keyboard playing option changeable just while playing without going in Main Menu. In Diablo 4 I can change input method just while playing by moving mouse/keyboard button/joystick button, just by press button and input method changing by itself.
Generally make PoE2 more like modern game, not like Diablo 2.
