physical cluster gems could use more notables

the supply is very few, and due to their frequencies, and some of them seeming to be in groups, the ability to get more than 1 notable in a large phys cluster gem is far worse than it is for many comparable gems.

or just up their frequencies some to compensate for their being far fewer notables than for all the otehr large cluster gems (and yes I checked every single other cluster gem large, they all have much better notable frequency distributions).
