Use short auction to avoid mispriced items.

My friend listed his mageblood for 100c instead of 100d. I propose a default option that puts every listed item on a 5 minute auction period when it first becomes listed. This would be an option that could be disabled and would ensure any underpriced items get at least somewhat of a fair price as well as give the lister time to delist the item if they made a mistake. It would also help mitigate trade bots and rwt.

I understand that this could be difficult to implement, so I leave it to GGG to decide.
