european server stability

please fix the state of european servers.

what you refer to DDoS attack is actually just the european player base logging in and trying to play the game in the evening.

so please extend servercapcacity or do whatever it takes to provide a stable experience for the european playerbase.

i'm tired of the rubberbanding, lagg, delay and even getting disconnected from servers and having to flee to 100+ ms ping american servers for a less shitty experience.

this has been going on for multiple years now and i don't know if i'm willing to play yet another leaguestart that has these massive laggs. it is very frustrating and discouraging.
