infinite loading hideouts (Trading)

I'm trying to purchase inscribed ultimatums and I've attempted 5 different sellers and it seems they're abusing MTX's or something because for all 5 it's taking an infinite time to load, I would just alt f4 then go to the next but it kept happening so I'm unable to buy them without having to alt f4 my game, I tried doing one other trade not related to inscribed ultimatums and it worked, very frustrating

Delete the log files in game/steam folder (not appdata). This helped me with load times, because for some reason the game just keeps appending to the same log file, so every append operation takes longer and longer.
