Boss spectres when?

I've been wanting to play some bosses as spectres for a while but nobody has decided to invest time into making bosses playable spectres, so far we had Hydra but unfortunately they flopped because they are way too squishy and are nowhere close in damage to regular meta monsters.
I wish to see a league where we get to play with multiple elders running around slamming enemies, spitting out spikes and smacking or perhaps shaper being a true DoT spectre beaming enemies.
Even minotaur would be a nice corpse spectre that runs around smacking enemies and slamming them.
You could introduce some sort of buff which makes boss spectres very good when you have more of them so they can compete with regular monsters.
If you have shaper spectres they gain "astral might" which will grant them bonuses like "your raised shaper spectres have increased action speed per raised shaper spectre".
Malachai would be another great spectre hitting enemies with his tentacles which would deal DoT.

I've been meaning to make a suggestion for a Vaal Raise Spectre gem that lets you raise one single unique enemy as a minion.

However, seeing as we now have Affliction corpse minions that have some bosses, I guess balance doesn't matter anymore. So sure, I think it would be cool to have some more bosses as special corpses for Ritual.

I bet Morgrants The Deafening would be a killer group clear minion with the explosion spamming spectral throw if GGG makes the detonations instant instead of delayed. I'd also love a Flicker Strike based minion, so a modified Kratyn that spams it could be fun to build around. Fidelitas spectres would make a great general-use minion with the Lightning Strike ability. A3 Piety's fire form would be a lot of fun for a very fast moving, hyper aggressive melee spectre.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

Also PoE players: The [league mechanic] doesn't need to be nerfed, you just need to play a [current meta] build!

The others found strength in their Afflictions. They became reliant on juice. I am not so foolish.
