No Idea what to do with Lightning Arrow Deadeye

Hello guys,

I have recently wanted to make bit of nostalgic build for me so I have started Lightning arrow deadeye but I feel like I have no idea what to do with it since I havent played bow build in 8+ years. I feel like my single target DPS is extremely low, also I have pretty much empty 4 sockets in gloves so I have just put a random gems in there but I have no clue which gems would make this build better for example something to make my single target much better. Right now I am using mark on hit + assassins mark and it feels kinda useless.
