QoL requests for ruthless

GGG has been rocking these QoL improvements the last few leagues.
I love playing ruthless too, but i do have some QoL requests here where many ruthless players would probably be happy with.

Big nr 1:
Enable lootfilter to hide items! Its stupid we are forced to make very small fonts in ruthless so semi-hide loot.
From a gameplay perspective there is no reason we cant hide items trough lootfilter as in normal league. There is a big difference in making Ruthless gameplay (more grindy) versus just taking away QoL to make your gameplay less fun.

2: quality on gems:
With gemcutters almost non existent; quality for gems comes from merc and Uber lab (3% or 5%)
Font usage is very inconsistent so usually you need to run many many labs to quality your gems.
With Uber lab being low area level it is usually a very boring and tedious. Especially if your character is over lvl 90 all drops here are mostly not good enough for usage, and there is no exp to be earned either. To top it off, in many instances you don't even get the quality reward and the front, making it frustrating instead of ruthless.
I would love to see some kind of improvement for ruthless here. Either make quality reward more consistent at the front or maybe make the area level also available as 83 (same as t16 maps).


3:
Movement skills are currently not available in ruthless. Some kind of improvements fitting for ruthless would be a nice to have in my opinion.

Yeah, Ruthless is supposed to be harder.
Doubt that these would be implemented.

The initial thought of Ruthless is to go back more to the core gameplay (slower/more grindy); just making it "harder" is very relative as it is suppose to be more fun, challenging and rewarding (close to how the Archnemeses vision was).

Things like lootfilters and gem quality restrictions don't make gameplay harder in any way; it only takes away QoL and makes the gaming experience less fun and challenging; that is completely different from making it harder;
the only thing hard in Uber lab as a lvl90+ character is not to die of boredom.
