Performance Improvement Potential

Hello,
Fantastic league and I am very thankful for you GGG for giving me and lots of others awesome and fun mechanic to mess with this league. I have a mid range pc and I don't run into issues often, but with PC parts being dumb expensive, it would help us low/mid rig players if the issues below were taken into consideration for next patch / next league. The Issues: 1- The most rewarding and more "meta" farms turn the game into a power point presentation this league [unstable breach] and last league [Blight] because we need to have way too many monster mobs to be profitable farms which tank fps into single digit or crash/disconnects. 2- Disconnecting instances or flat out dc back to login screen, costing a portal or the whole map setup if playing in a group. [I am not a computer wizard like you guys, but I think the above factor doesn't help with this issue either] 3- Too many VFX and effects, both for Visual clarity and performance sake, God help you if you play with someone using spark, minions or KB/bow skills while projectile maxing!! Fix suggestions: 1- A) Implement the "Monster Efficiency" mechanic from Poe 2 into the Atlas skill tree, give us a couple of clusters that have nodes and notables which provide "X% less mobs for Y% more difficulty and reward" and "Z% More difficulty and rewards". B) Add a slider/drop down in graphic settings to lower the details of monster mobs, maybe like adding LOD preset [high,mid,low] to make the monster packs easier to process. 2- Implement stable portals and a respawn counter from Poe 2, ie players can disconnect and not lose their portal, unless they died in map and ran out of respawns, which blocks them from going into the map again. 3- Add in toggles for party member / friend skill effects, to either reduce or toggle off some or all of their skills just so we can see and enjoy the game visuals, yes you guys have made amazing and awesome VFX, and I love them but we need an eye break and and help with performance on mid/low end pcs. Honestly I wouldn't mind paying for "other players skill effect vanishing dye" or similar as an mtx, that just lets you right click on a player (including yourself) in your party and "reduce/mute" their skill effects / minions, or maybe function as an opacity slider ie 100% opacity is fully visable and like 0% makes your / party member effects invisible, maybe have a 10% min cap on that so you can still have an idea where your / party member minions, projectiles, traps..etc are located, so you can see map and boss hazard zones easier to see and avoid. Anyway, I am no game designer or programmer, so I don't know what I am talking about with respect to the big picture or the scope size required to implement some or all these fixes, but I hope it can steer your attention to these issues for the betterment of the game and player experience.
