for flicker glove i read i can fill all prefix slot, add prefix cannot change, then reforge Phys on glove in harvest to guarantee 2nd influence on the glove. how does this work? isn't there are #Physical Attack Damage Leeched to prevent add 2nd hunter influence?

You've provided close to no information so I'm going to assume you're trying to elevate the non-vaal strike skills mod on a single influence hunter base.
Reforge physical doesn't work. It used to work before 3.26 when phys leech was still a prefix. It no longer is a prefix and whatever source of information you're using it is severely outdated. " All hunter suffixes have their tags overlapping with regular suffixes but there's an alternative method with "prefix cannot" + reforge influenced mod.
