The client for the Playstation Portal hasn't been updated, it says there's been a patch and to reload the game. Still sitting at version 0.4.0i

Same issue here on PlayStation Portal cloud streaming.
Since the latest patch, I cannot enter the game and get the restart message at the title screen. Region: Japan |
