Breach Scarab of Resonant Cascade

Please tell me how its work.
Do count of opened unstable breaches is permanent increased always when i open it, even when i stabilize, and clear (close) it?
Or its count of only opened breaches? When yes, only unstabilised or just stabilised but not cleared?

The consensus is that it is for each that has been opened in the map, including those that have been stabilized or closed.

However, it is a new scarab to this league, and GGG hasnt clarified as far as I know.


Fubgun did some testing on juiced breach, swapping between it, risk scarab, and a 2nd wisp scarab, and found that risk was consistently better. If you can run risk, run risk instead.
