Help GGG - I lost my Foulborn Red Dream

I was sitting in my Hideout doing some build fixing and stuff and when I was slotting in the Foulborn red dream I had the error 'Server lost contact with this realm' or something like that (I know I had been sitting too long on my HO) and when i logged back in , the previous gem in the same slot was there and the foulborn red dream is nowhere to be found anymore :(

I tried to do the past 30 second record only for it not to be recorded :(
