GAMEPAD Portal Scroll + UI / UX

Is there a way to fix this UI that takes up half the screen? If there’s no way to fix it, do GGG employees think this looks good?
I’m also wondering why I can’t assign a portal scroll to the GamePad in 2026. It’s not the same as using the portal skill—the portal skill has a cast time, whereas a portal scroll is used instantly. This is important when playing fast builds like Flicker.

That's not the problem, man. Why is the health bar stupidly in the top-left corner? Why don't the auras start at the very top of the screen instead of half a meter below it? Was this UI designed by a blind person?
