Culling strike is not working for some reason

Hello guys,
I have recently started playing Toxic Rain build but when I linked Toxic Rain of Withering + Frenzy + Culling Stike + Manaforged Arrows support the culling strike seems to not work because I can see that the frenzy support is generating frenzy charges and the Toxic Rain of Withering is being triggered by my other Toxic rain that is 6 linked but the culling strike is never present and I have looked for the culling stike icon in the top left corner and I cant see it. I don't recall Culling Strike ever having an buff/icon.
Are you sure you aren't thinking of the icon for Onslaught or something? |

" Ohh you are right I am thinking about onslought icon :D Sorry I have forgot that culling strike doesnt have icon. I just cant see if the culling strike is hapenning or not because to me it looks like enemies are not instantly dying when below 10% life rather they just slowly degen to 0% with my DOT damage. |

Remember that the Culling Strike check occurs before the Hit's damage is dealt; not afterwards.
Also, one reason there's no buff icon is that the support gem only supports a single one of your skills. It's not some global effect that affects everything you do. So Toxic Rain's Hit will either kill the enemy outright immediately, or Culling Strike will do nothing and Toxic Rain will do regular Hit damage & then DoT stuff. (And DoT never culls under any circumstances.) GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support. If I'm playing a DoT build I would put culling strike on a frostblink link or use a Wish for Death notable on a megalomaniac jewel. Edit: that's legacy now. Sorry
