Stuck on Eagon and Memory thread

Hello,

I am currently locked, I am trying to complete the Maven's Invitation: The Remembered. I can't apply the memory threads to the map because there is an active memory thread in my atlas, but when I try to do the thread through Eagon, he doesn't create the portals, I get an error saying "That operation can't be completed".

I went through and completed all of my active quests, and I can't apply a different memory thread, so I am stuck right now.

The current memory is Originator's Memory of Trauma.

This started last night, I did try relogging, resetting my hideout instance.
