i spend in map Defiled Cathredal 7 Hours also same

all with rare tier 16 8mods(random)
what happen ? this NPC how to find this guy

I just ran White maps and speeded to the mirage guy until he offered seer. Got seer in the 6th or 7th map in defieled cathedrale. T16 and kill all Mobs felt too anoying, tryed this before too...
