Random Constant Ping Spike Issues

I Have a Steady Stable Ping 83 MS , however it spikes to 440MS + in certain areas or sometimes in certain maps .
i will share 2 pictures downbelow , one before and after entering the vaal temple for example.
I tried to relogin , change servers , but nothing seems to work. (respawn seems to work but only in campain and the well of souls.
this issue started 3 days ago.
