Maximum Level of Raise Spectre ?

From what I've gathered from a few unverified sources, the current maximum level for Raise Spectre is only ilvl 85. Is that correct?

As of my knowledge minions do not refer to "ilvl" since they are not items and so cannot have a item level. Raise Spectre gem can be raised indefinitely, to the maximum of all possible extra levels.

Prolly level 40, since poedb doesn't list any more levels above that.

In this link you also can see that the level of raise spectre grows up to level 95, also the poe wiki net website goes up to level 40 gem and a minion level of level 95.

Therefore I assume we can raise them up to this level.
