Cannot fight Uber shaper

IT says previous version of the fight must be completed before i can fight the uber version but i have already fought the original version 2 times. I believe it is because i didnt complete 2 of the shaper maps chimera and hydra. I purchased those 2 fragments and fought the original version. Earlier int he league i am now coming back to do all of the level 85's and this one i cannot activate. I have since gone back and completed the chimera and hydra maps but still cannot fight the level 85.
