Lightning Storm monster mod volume

The volume on the Lightning Storm rare monster mod is very loud compared to other effects. It makes fighting those monsters quite uncomfortable, especially when they are tanky and you can't just leave them behind.

Getting a Soul Eater + Extra Life + Lightning Storm rare in a delve node, where you have to kill it to progress, is a real pain. You get bombarded with constant super loud bangs for minutes. Similar with tanky red beasts or essence mobs that you don't want to skip because of the rewards.

I think the volume could be dropped by 70% and it would still be fine. It's not like it's an important audio cue. The mod itself is not particularly dangerous and the visuals are quite clear already.
