PS5 unable to play POE2 (PS5 version)

Have critical issue with new character

Stuck on starting location, seeing guide help message how to move (L for move R for whatevre) and also message GAME PAUSED, nothing heppens
Game reacts to some action buttons via bottom menu, but nothing happens, character do not move at all. Can't unpause game (trying different dualsence controllers)

Also think game has rather odd nearest gateway choice algorythm, it's strange to find out when playing in europe region to be connected to South Africa gateway, better to not give any experience than such.
In such situation game is unplayable and in some cases leads to unexpected deaths of character without any chance to pause the process.
