Primal Crushclaw - Scarab not spawning

Hi,
Not sure if its some bug, but today when I do the Primal Crushclaw Beastcraft there is no scarab in the blood altar after killing all the beasts. Any idea on how to fix this? It was working fine a few days ago.

I tried other recipes, like Cystcaller and they still spawn the items. It just seems like the crushclaw recipe isn't working for me.

I'm playing in standard.

I haven't tried the Crushclaw recipe, but in general items generated by Beastcrafting drop on the ground. It might have been hidden by your filter. Did you press Alt to check?
