Disillusion of flesh + blood sacrament

Using dissilusion of flesh: There is the degen ground thing but more importantly sometimes BS just reserves all life leaving you face in sand with 0/16K life reserved (at least looks like it reserved all life, no degen grounds around you press blood sacrament next to a few mods with space to spare and boom down to 0 you go). And some attacks seem to bypass the dissilusion like the ananas looking explody things yellow harvest monsters summon.

It appears that the bug is caused by having Essence Worm in the 3rd ring slot.

Does your reservation multiplier change when you move Essence Worm to ring slot 1 or 2?
