Remove Searing exarch runes ?

Bro i swear i can survival with all map mods except this shit. HOW CAN I NOTICE THEM WITH 100% Delirum with alot of pack size monster just everywhere and i cant see anyshit. This mtfk should change into invisible death zones appear when you are in battle
