How to remove my guild master?

Originally i am the Guildmaster in my guild.
So what happened was 10 years ago, SEA server need use Garena App to open POE. Until 6 years ago, POE stop using Garena App and you dl from the website so they request to move the Garena account to steam or original POE but i didnt manage to move the account in time. I asked POE to help me and they do help me create another account. Main problem now is the old account(Garena Account) is the guild master and i cannot remove it and my guildmate didnt plan to move because they already purchase storage for the guild. Any solution?
