Technical Support (Path of Exile 1) - I keep getting dc. (Failed to connect to instance) - Forum

Hello there, I was playing normally and went into 8/9 maps without any issues, after that I've tried to hop into a new map same everything and when I use the protal I get dc I've tried everything I can think of, restart my internet, clear cahces, verfy files, run as admin, VPN and change the region as well.
Nothing worked for me, Idk what else can I do, this is not the very first time that happen, but I was able to fix it by restarting, now its not working and this is very annyoing anyone can help me with that?
Do I really need to delete the game and re-install it again? because I wont do that anyway.

This seems to be a server-side error (the instance on the server has crashed). Reinstalling would not help. Unfortunately there is nothing that you can do to prevent it happening. GGG are aware of server instance crashes.
