My account got locked after almost 1 year of not playing.

Hi everyone, I'm not sure if I'll get my account back anymore but I just want to share my experienced and see if anyone got in the same boat as me.
So last year I bought and played the game during the launcher of 0.2.0 patch, I find the game fun I wanted to play on another account to make more currency and so I make another account. I played a lot during the legue but toward the end of the league I got bored and stop playing.
Until the 0.4.0 launch, I hop on the game on my main account and played a little bit. Wasn't having as much fun and so I go and check if my 2nd account is still alive since I donot have too much security on it. And messenge say "Your acc was locked because you log in from a diiference location" and said I need a code to log in. Generally I had this messenge quiet often cause I travel a lot and played through net cafe services provided in my country. And so I thought the account is still alive and didn't typed in the code like usual.
Fast forward to yesterday, my friend told me to check the game out because it's fun. And so I did, I find my main account (this account) still find and log on to my 2nd account to grind 2 accounts and the messenge "Your acc was locked because you log in from a diiference location" poped again. I typed in the code that was sent to my email but instead of being able to access the game I was ask to contact support because "Your account is locked, please contact support.
I contacted them via email and after 33 emails later they just refused to even let me know why I was locked or how to unlock it? I provided my account name, names and number of characters that I had, the location of wich I often play the game from and even the Epic Games id that I binded the account to in case like this. They demanded some of the billing from the account which I have no idea how to get access to since you can only see it when you log into the account and see the purchase log.
I'm absolutly baffled with this result. After a day of emailing back and foward, asking for even the smallest details (like my guild name) I got nothing in return. I feel like they just keep asking questions to the point of which I can't provide the answer to and just take that as an excuse to stop servicing me.
Now I'm confused and upset that after all that roller-coaster of question, all I get is nothing. I've heard that GGG customer service is bad but never expected this.
Now I just want to share my situation and if anyone got in the same boat as me and how did you get out?

Yeah and I've learned that it's no use. They keep insisting I don't have the information required and can't help me at all.
