Help and Information - Not receiving free mystery box after using points - Forum

Hello team,

I have used 10 points in the microtransaction shop, which should grant me a free mystery box following this announcement - https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3927483

Can you please let me know the reason I have not received it, as it specifically says -

"

we’re offering one free Last of the Druids Mystery Box when you spend any amount of points in the store. This means you can purchase anything discounted in the sale or any other microtransaction from the store and receive one Last of the Druids Mystery Box as a gift from us. This offer is available on both PC and Consoles.
