POE2 Post-Diamora kill freeze and then no Hideout option from Ange.

Xbox POE2 - Kill Diamora freeze, Ange won't offer Hideout
Hello, killed Diamora, my movement of my character froze. I ultimately selected respawn. Kept progressing in the game and realized I don't have a chance for a Hideout, can't use my merchant tabs I bought, etc. Character is Standard league named Hundley. When I speak to Ange she does not offer me to Travel to Hideout, juse Select Hideout and they are all grayed out. Tried logging out, tried killing the game from Xbox menu, going in and killing Diamora again. A bunch of odd portal noises happened like the Hooded one was supposed to show up but did not as I am past Act 4 now. I never completed the post-Diamora dialogs and can't get a hideout. Appreciate some help.

Hopefully this is the right forum, I think I mistakenly posted in POE1 forum last post. Maybe I need some additional support navigating these forums. JK
