PS5 overheating & crashing when loading instance

Have to pause game when loading into area from hideout or town. Fan skyrockets when loading new instance. System crashes saying game overheated.

PS5 is flat, open on top of box, nothing around and dust free.

No other game crashes or overheats like this.

System goes to warning screen saying "Your PS5 is too hot. Turn off your PS5, and wait until the temperature goes down."

Again, this is ONLY for POE1 and never have happen before, and do not have this issue with other games.

If you remove the fan, inside there is a cheese grater like black vent with little holes. If these holes are even slightly flecked with dust, the console will overheat. The fact that you're even getting a warning is a good sign. Mine just crashes and I have to dust the intake once a month using a pipe cleaner and a damp swab.

There is also a similar vent on the back intake, but I've found the inner intake to be way more critical to keeping the console functioning. This may help in the meantime.

My series X also started giving me warning the overheating warning and it's only for Poe1. And yeah my xbox needs a bit of cleaning but a setting helped me. There are 2 setting that I changed. Resolution upscale to 1080p and shadow selected as the other one don't remember what's the default one. Whichever isn't the default one I selected that
