Titan Apex Hideout Screen Shake

I recently purchased Titan Apex Hideout, but I’ve encountered a serious issue that is significantly affecting my experience.

Even after disabling the Screen Shake option in the settings, the game still has very strong camera shaking effects. This makes it extremely uncomfortable to play. After a short period of time, I start experiencing motion sickness, including dizziness and nausea.

What’s more concerning is that this level of screen shake was not apparent in the official promotional or gameplay videos. Based on those, I did not expect the camera movement to be this intense. As a result, the actual gameplay experience is very different from what I anticipated.

At the moment, the game is difficult for me to continue playing due to the physical discomfort it causes.

I would like to ask:

Is there any way to completely disable the screen shake or reduce it further?
If not, would it be possible to request a refund due to this issue?

I hope this can be addressed, as it has a direct impact on accessibility and player comfort.
