Failed to connect to instance

So i just login to poe1 and I login in karui shores, everytime i try to portal out of there it appears a notice saying failed to connect to instance so basically im stuck, I thought mbe i would be banned or smth because of my name has "pussy" in it but i dont think that is the issue here since ive had other accounts with that problem and poe just told me to change the name , also my friend had that issue yesterday when a server broke down when he was doing a black barya and then we joined another server and it worked although he couldnt enter the black barya or he would get this notice, but it isnt working for me joining a new location.
I've tried reseting my pc and tried different locations to teleport to, didnt worked so basically im stuck, anyone know how to fix this???

Same issue on both POE 1 & 2 happened around 6:00 pm EST.
