Name stolen

I died today in HCSSF and had a character called "Keys"
I deleted and went to make a new character and someone stole it instantly, killed hillock and logged out. I'm going to assume it's a bot and i feel its unfair that i've lost my name that i've had for years.

This is not something GGG is going to consider in-scope for customer service to assist with.

You can use the Character Rename page to exchange the names of a newly-created character and an older one. If you just delete the character that has a name, you release your claim of that name and anyone can use it. Any assertions about the person who got it are just conjecture.
