Failed to load into instance.

Killed Uber uber elder, game froze and then every time I use portal it logs me out, but portal isnt used

Same here, was doing a map, got disconnected and now I have "fail to join any instance".

So I am pretty sure a random unannounced update goes out once in a while and that disconnects me from the instance I am in at that moment. (I speculate this because theres a mini download when trying to launch the game after the disconnect and the load time is unnaturally high "like after a patch")

Happened several tiems in Inscribed Ultimatums. At this point I lost about 100 divines worth of loot so I would like to ask for:
A) Compensation
B) No more shadow patches on the fly
C) A bugfix for the Ultimatum guy where he loops the negative slurs in Inscribed Ultimatums even if you win several right up until you win one in a map instance
D) For transparency regarding the changes, because it feels like this got nerfed into the ground without any clear communication.
