Item lock needs to be revised

Please add an option to manually lock items in trade before they're listed. This solves the problem of market manipulation and people unwittingly self-scamming.

This already exists for the most part. There is a short delay from putting an item into faustus and when it appears on the trade site so if you misprice something you have a chance to fix it.
