Scam detection for merchant stashes

Ingame, in merchant stashes when trying to buy stuff in someone else's hideout, there could be an option to report an item listing as scam.
This could add it to a separate ingame window next to the merchant stash, where everyone can see all the reported items and their reported prices (along with a date of listing), and everyone could be able to up-/downvote the report with a lv80+ character.
(There should be a filter to see reports only above a certain vote counts, and/or sorted by report date and similar.)

Multiple highly upvoted reports could maybe also send the account to a manual review to potentially get sanctioned.
Maybe the account name in chat could be flagged as a different color too.
This could reset at the start of a new league, or after a month or something.

Another option could be to just have an up-/downvote count for the player's merchant stash in general, but that sounds less effective.

This is intended to detect people deliberately creating landmines (e.g. selling maps for 34c and putting a few in the mix costing 34d), and either punish them, or just highlight the account as a potential scammer for all buyers, using the community for validation, and without putting notable extra computation stress on the servers or employees.
