Bugged zones / ping going infinite

Hello

Sometimes when I load into a zone my ping(ms) flies up and I can't do anything except logging out to login screen or killing the game. I see some visuals still moving. I also experience frequent infinite loading screens where I have to kill the game.
This happens both in PoE1 and 2.
I've tried on multiple computers (bought a new one, same problem).

Anyone experiencing the same / have a fix?

Ping issues are most commonly caused by connectivity issues rather than the computer itself.

Please download and install anything you need to run an MTR log (it's free), and then the next time you get a spike in latency, as soon as possible start running an MTR test to the IP address in your client's log file. This will tell us whether the spikes (or packet loss) first emerge.

I don't know if I am being stupid but whenever I press start, the WinMTR program gives me a prompt saying "Unable to resolve hostname".
