Failed to connect to instance

Been getting "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance" error in probably over half of my loading screens lately. I played 2 characters up to level 80+ this league and didn't get it once, but now the game is borderline unplayable and I have virtually no hope of ever completely the labyrinth. Is there any update on this issue?

same here... have tried everything google has told me.. up to and including a fresh reinstall.

So update, I had nothing better to do and decided to see exactly how bad it is. To judge this, I ran the labyrinth until I managed to finish it a single time.

It took 19 attempts, with every single failure being due to this error exclusively. No deaths, no other errors or crashes, just "failed to connect to instance" upon loading into the next area 19 times.

The absurd time investment and frustration of beating your head against the wall repeatedly aside, how could anyone possibly be expected to complete the 4th trial without bulk buying offerings? I understand that obviously not everyone has this problem, but nowhere I've looked online has had any working solution offered by fellow players ̶o̶̶̶r̶̶̶ ̶̶̶a̶̶̶ ̶̶̶s̶̶̶t̶̶̶a̶̶̶t̶̶̶e̶̶̶m̶̶̶e̶̶̶n̶̶̶t̶̶̶ ̶̶̶f̶̶̶r̶̶̶o̶̶̶m̶̶̶ ̶̶̶d̶̶̶e̶̶̶v̶̶̶s̶̶̶ ̶o̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶y̶t̶h̶i̶n̶g̶. Correction for the sake of accuracy, after digging way deeper than should have been necessary, I found exactly one reply from a dev that said "thank you for the reports, we're looking into it". From 6 years ago :)

The game is genuinely unplayable to any sane individual, how is this not a higher priority and why are we left completely in the dark on this issue???
