Deadlock on startup, can't play anymore

This was the worst league for me so far, experienced every crash possible so far and now for a great and early league finish, can't even load the game...

Same me. Catch Deadlock. Cant enter game.

Starting the game client takes like 30-60 seconds, varying.
When I get to the login page everything is fine until I click "Login"
Deadlock detected, then if I wait for about 2 minutes, I can try to login again and play the game normally, but the Deadlock Error Message window keeps floating around. I just ignore it but still it makes login into the game terrible.
Also I noticed that shaders, monsters, portals, really any features load really slowly in maps after that.
Disc health is perfect, ram and vram too. All hardware is fine, worked great until 2 days ago.
