Persistent Server Issues

Hi GGG,

This might just be another post to the void but I'm writing this because I would want an official answer to the state of the unstable servers. I´ve played Path of Exile for a long time and experienced persistent server issues on EU, that have plagued the game for years.

Under this time I have looked through the forums, reddit and what not for any fixes on my side. I have bought a new PC, moved home and gotten a new ISP, and the same issues are always the same.

It has gotten to the point where I'm wondering why I continue to play and support this game. Every league I buy a supporter pack and enjoy the game, but at the same time every league the same network issues occur and always make it unplayable due to massive lag spikes. The issue also becomes worse the deeper you get in the endgame, so I never get to progress as far as I would want before it becomes completely unplayable.

Now as this have been a long standing issue it has become a joke about the EU servers and as there been years of supposed fixes for it but no results, I would greatly appreciate a response about what steps are being taken to resolve these problems, or if I should just give up on this game.
