NVidia integer scaling doesn't work on Fullscreen and Windowed Fullscreen

Right now Nvidia integer scaling is only working in Windowed mode, but not on Windowed fullscreen (or Fullscreen, but I used the former) - both on UI and 3D objects.
When I open the start menu through the Start keyboard key, it applies the desired effect as long as the menu is open, but the image returns blurry as soon as I close it. Is there a way to make this work on Windowed fullscreen? My Windows settings: The main monitor where I game is a 4K one, set to 1920x1090 before opening PoE Integer scaling is active on the NVidia control panel, and it works on Windows and other non-fullscreen applications. My PoE settings: Display: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU - LG HDR 4k Mode: Windowed Fullscreen Window Resolution: 1920x1080 (not modifiable) Render Resolution: No Upscale - 1920x1080 Renderer: Vulkan VSync: Adaptive Triple-buffering: Enabled Antialiasing Quality: Off Upscale mode: Off Dynamic Resolution: Disabled Engine Multithreading: Enabled Tell me if you need more info (and sorry for my bad English) Last bumped on Mar 25, 2026, 3:43:56 PM
