Game crashes on Breach maps

Every time I open up a Breach map my shader bar fills up and the game stutters before I inevitably crash after a minute or two. I ran a few unique maps just fine with no issues, then went back to breach maps and it just crashes. I usually run Vulkan renderer so I swapped to DX11 and DX12, this didn't fix anything. I manually deleted the shader cache for Vulkan and tried that again, still nothing. The game was running just fine before this last patch. My specs are as follows:

CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 5800x
RAM: 32GB
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7600 (updated drivers)
Motherboard: Asus TUF Gaming x570-Plus(WI-FI)

Settings:

Windowed Fullscreen
3849X2160 resolution
No Upscale
Renderer: Vulkan
VSYNC: Off
Triple Buffering: disabled
no fps cap
antialiasing quality: off*(default)
upscale: NIS(default)
Lighting: default
all other video settings are on low besides texture quality is set to medium
Texture filtering: trilinear filtering

Same here. I get crashed as random times as well but almost always when interacting with breach.
Game is crashing on mirages now too, its unplayable for me.
I can't even do safehouses.. this sucks. I wish I knew how to fix this. Game has never ran this bad for me in years.
I ended up re-verifying game files and switched to DX12. So far this has stopped crashing on regular maps just doing mirage. I haven't tried it on breaches yet.
I have the same problem on 16.5 beyond+Breach maps. 8modded t16 maps with beyond and breach are fine.

I also have an AMD CPU comparable to OP and a 7800 XT 16Gb.
It could be a AMD thing
Drivers and everything are up to date - in fact since the driver was updated the problems started to occur
