[3.28] Scourge Arrow Build | Reliquarian | Mirage | Path of Exile 3.28

Hey guys, scourge arrow reliquarian build is here. Using the Scion ascendancy Reliquarian to buff quiver affects and extra attributes. Also using the new support gem Invert the Rules. That's why we are not applying exposure or not lowering enemy resistance with frostbite or from other sources.


Build Cost
- Medium Budget


Imbued Gems:
- Mirage Archer on Scourge Arrow
- Bonechill on Tornado (could be any other gem on that setup)
- Inspiration on Sniper's Mark setup

Point Blank: I get it from quiver implicit. If you don't have that mod make sure you get it from tree.

Brutal Restraint: Look for 5% increased Dexterity mod. Also these mods are good for build:
- +20 to Dexterity
- 20% increased Projectile Damage
- 25% increased Critical Strike Chance
- 20% increased Elemental Damage
- 25% chance to gain Alchemist's Genius when you use a Flask

Forbidden Flame/Flesh: Trickster (Deadeye is also a good option but we don't wanna get a lot of additional projectiles to prevent pods spreading on bosses)

Herald of Ice - Vaal Grace - Vaal Haste - Enlighten (Lvl 3)

Steelskin - Automation / Blood Rage / Precision (Lvl 1)

Sniper's Mark - Mark on Hit - Flame Dash - Summon Stone Golem
