Verisum Channel Duration

Would like something either a patch to just flat out increase the speed that you channel verisium, or just flat out remove the channel portion completely and make it a clickable objective like the other ores.
I dont think im alone in how annoying this is. Last bumped on Mar 24, 2026, 9:24:15 AM

Honestly they could have fixed this ages ago during Settlers. Just make it a slider you instantly click and the ore spawns. Or delete the whole channeling mechanic and make Verisium spawn a static encounter of a few rares and magic enemies(and unique enemy rarely) while giving about the same verisium ore to everyone depending on map tier and quant.
Don't know why a mechanic like verisium channeling is even in PoE, its so out of place and random and weird. But then its not so surprising, it is after all a league that lasted almost a year and was also just backported PoE 2 assets. Lifelong NEET, loud and proud about it.

" ...except for the myriad other mechanics that specifically require you to "stand in one place while in danger from monsters". AKA...about half the game. Plus, there have been entire leagues around channeling mechanics. Which YOU yourself have actually played. There is nothing remotely new about Verisium Ore mechanics If anything, one of your favorite mechanics (Sanctum) is far more out of place by comparison. " I'm sort of.....objectively not though. Crucible League = channelling ToTA League = channelling Ultimatum League = channelling (circles) Heist League = channelling (doors) I could go on and list the other mechanics that are essentially the SAME as channelling, while not being direct copies, but I believe I've made my point. Sanctum (resolve), by comparison, is the ONLY mechanic that exists in the game of its kind. Starting anew....with PoE 2 Last edited by cowmoo275#3095 on Mar 24, 2026, 9:03:00 AM

Why would you ever want to subject yourself to the frankly awful ore mechanic when you can swap it for the sulphite one? Every type of ore has a game mechanic which wastes your time apart from Bismuth, so why not turn everything into Bismuth. It's not like ore type matters much now anyway.
