Singapore and Japan Server Issues - Spike all the time

I wanted to report a serious latency issue with the Singapore server. Previous league, my ping there is around 15ms, but this league it has become unplayable—spikes go from 200ms up to 10,000ms, and it only goes back when I pause the game.
I switched to the Japan server, and it has been stable at 70ms, so my connection is fine. However, today I noticed the Japan server is starting to show similar spikes. My friend had the same issue, and using a VPN to Singapore fixed it, so I strongly suspect a routing problem on your side. Could you please investigate and fix it?
