current state of scarabs and atlas tree

I think that softcore trade through past leagues received so many nerfs to farming strategies and so little buffs and changes that in 3.28 there is nothing really left to farm except for a couple of league mechanics. Since, from at least what I've noticed mercenary league most of the farms were focused on raw currency drops (probably since they're the most fun) receive a lot of nerfs. Take for example the old abyss edifice strategy. It feels more like playing trade than playing the game, if you don't farm efficiently you fall behind and there's very little some of the league mechanics have to offer. This league we got access to 142 atlas points, but it still feels like some of the league mechanics are dead due to newer ones replacing them, or just simply not generating enough profit. Take for example breach as a core mechanic, not only it works better than expedition, it requires less player interaction. Rare crafting got significantly nerfed since Keepers 3.27 league but it still seems like a go way for obtaining semi-deterministic rare equipment items. The nerfs has killed so many league mechanics, take for example torment, abyss, blight, rogue exiles, harbinger deleted. The balance between adding new farming strategies and removing the old ones feels really off. For the couple of past leagues I felt like there's nothing really new for me to explore except for the current league mehanic if I find it interesting and keeping the old league mechanics alive or replacing them with more current ones seems like the way to make the game more interesting. I honestly wouldn't event mind crucible taking an old league mechanic' place, such as torment, just for the sake of having something new to farm in softcore trade.
