Crashing consistently 10-20 Seconds after login

This has been happening since the last 2 league I believe. I log in. About 10-20seconds later the audio stutters as well as my FPS and then I crash straight to desktop. This happens about 4-6 times until I am finally able to actually login and play the game.

I can play the game fine during a session, but if I logout again, it starts over. I have no idea what even causes this but it's incredibly frustrating.
