Why do you not do ANYTHING about the DC and rollbacks on EU servers?

The world does not consist of only USA and Asia..

It has been several leagues now where constant disconnects, rubberbanding and rollbacks are happening so frequently it gets to the point one questions wether or not this is worth spending time on..

EU has great infrastructure, so why are your servers so shitty?

Find a different provider,or fix it once and for all!!!!

Not only is it annoying as hell, the disruptive play, but having to do 15 minutes worth of darkness farming in delve AGAIN due to rollback, and losing your farmed stuff is FRIGGIN' ANNOYING!!!!!!!!

I'd tell you that it's because they piss on us and reduce server capacity a week after new league release to first earn the money, then drive the costs down when the potential "release time shitstorm" is less likely to be spotted by online news outlets but they'd probably just remove my post again.

I literally can't play 2nd league in a row cause of this so fk it...

Yesterday I could play.

There is and was a bug or bad algorithm for 2-3 years after starting PoE program the 1st time. Which crashed PoE after the 1st or 2nd area change.

Ok I knwew this - it's bad but PoE was still playable.
This bug appeared less when leagues (Settlers, Keepers) had less players and servers had less to do.


Now Mirage league:

As many other players I have the deadlock exception.
Internet had some advices - one worked for me.
Ignore the exception and DON'T close it.
PoE was playable but lost about 30-50% of it's even low performance.
(Lost 50% at 3.19.2 already, at that good times I could play PoE with 8-10 brwoser trade tabs open - now impossible for mapping.)
Especialy town loading time has doubled this league.

And now the last patch:
PoE takes very very long to start until deadlock.
And even longer (many minutes) to reach char selection screen - if I go there.
And even even longer to load 1st town.
Sometimes I can't reach it in 10 min.

That's new and much worse than ever.

I don't know if EU servers are a reason or not.

A wise decision to make PoE 1 free to play.
Else players would want their money back.
