Performance issues with breach + delirium

Breach + delirium / breach in general tanks my fps like crazy. Even just normal mapping if there are a lot of mobs.

Computer specs:
CPU - Ryzen 7 5800x
GPU - RTX 3080ti
RAM - 32gb 3200mhz ddr4

Game Settings:
Renderer: Tried vulkan and dx12 barely any difference.
Triple Buffering: Enabled
Multithreading: Enabled (worse performance with it turned off)
I have tried a million different fixes, deleting shader caches, updating drivers, updating BIOS, disabling nvidia sounds, disabling sounds in config files. Lockstep/predictive mode.

Similar boat here. I don't expect juiced breach to perform great because of the sheer number of monsters, but I remember when I first got my 9800x3d (3.26, I think?) I was excited to test it and I could run through a low juice map and fire off vaal smites with pretty minimal fps drops, now I get constant drops just casually walking through a low juice map.

Turning graphics to absolute minimum doesn't help, it seems like a regression in the CPU area of things as that's where I'm constantly limited.

Yeah CPU and the shader loading is usually always maxed out after opening a breach. Really sucks since this is the first season where I've been able to farm up to a headhunter only to find out I get 10-20fps while doing juiced breaches.
